Crossed off
The search for Gillingham's next manager continues but one man, at least linked with the job, can now be crossed off.
Mark Robson, a former Gills coach, was being linked with the managers job but he has now been installed as the new manager of one of the clubs league two rivals Barnet so it isn't going to be him.
How likely it was that Robson would have become the next Gills manager is now questionable as if there was a genuine interest in installing him would he really have gone elsewhere given his previous connections to Priestfield?
Ah well, the search continues!
