No Gills return for Flynn
Michael Flynn isn't going to return to Gillingham after Martin Allen opted against offering him a contract.
The former Gills captain had been training with the club in France following his release by Bradford but Allen, as he told The Kent Messenger, isn't going to take the midfielder on: 'I had a chat with Michael and he did do very well and he completed all of the training sessions but I have decided not to take him on.'
Memories of Flynn in a Gillingham shirt will remain just that...
