The Gills v Southend

18th Sept 2012
19:45
Priestfield

Gillingham remain at the top of the league two table following another win at the weekend. They are still unbeaten and have a 100% home record with Southend the visitors to Priestfield tonight.

On loan Palace man David Wright went straight into the Gillingham side to make his debut at the weekend and following this 4-0 win over Bristol Rovers little, to no, changes are expect.

Martin Allen has been quite fortunate with injury setbacks at the moment anyway, which always helps with selection, especially if the results keep coming!

Southend are now in good form following a slow start to the season, they are scoring plenty of goals and winning games but Neil Harris (knee) is a doubt for the game tonight.

Also missing for The Shrimpers this evening will be Freddy Eastwood (calf), Luke Prosser (calf) and Ryan Leonard (hamstring).
