Port Vale v The Gills

22nd Sept 2012
15:00
Vale Park

Two of the in-form sides in league two meet on Saturday afternoon when Gillingham travel to Port Vale.

Doug Loft (shin) needed stitches in an injury sustained in the 5-2 midweek win but has claimed himself "fit" for Port Vale so should return his place with little, to no, changes expected to that winning side.

Gillingham have some injury and suspension problems to content with though.

Charlie Lee limed away from the midweek win early on and sits out this game along with his replacement Bradley Dack (suspension) following the youngsters sending off against Southend,

Myles Weston and Jack Payne will require fitness tests with a couple more "unnamed players" also struggling to be fit.
