Gills undone by late Grecians winner

At the weekend it was Gillingham celebrating a late winner, as an injury-time goal gave them a win. On Tuesday it was Exeter who turned the tables, a late strike winning them the points.
Gillingham were ahead early on through Chris Whelpdale (4) but having missed one chance already Alan Gow (27) made no mistake with another to level before the half hour mark.
Early in the second half inform veteran striker Jamie Cureton (54) showed that he's still as prolific as ever to give Exeter the lead but with time running out Danny Jackman (79) looked to have rescued a point.
With time running out Cureton had the chance to win the game for the visitors but he saw his penalty kick saved, but Cureton (87) soon made up for this as he converted a late winner to give The Grecians a 3-2 win.
