Gills To Sign Fulham Winger

Gillingham are looking to cement their League Two promotion bid with the aid of a newly signed winger.

Highly-rated Fulham man Ryan Williams, signed from Portsmouth last year for around 250,000 having impressed scouts despite limited outings for the then Championship side, is expected to come to Priestfield in a loan capacity.

19-year-old Williams, an Australian youth international, comes from quite a family of talented footballers with his twin brother Aryn playing for Burnley and their older brother Rhys the captain of Middlesbrough.

Williams certainly has potential, and I can speak first hand having seen him play, and would offer something to The Gills in an attacking capacity.
