Gills Slip Up Against Oxford

Gillingham 0-1 Oxford
26th February 2013
19:45
Priestfield

Gillingham missed the chance to extend their lead at the top of the League Two table when they lost at home against Oxford on Tuesday night.

Having literally just come on Bradley Dack almost opened the scoring for Gillingham in the first half, however he was denied by a save with Oxford denied likewise soon after.

With just minutes to play Alfie Potter (84) scored what proved to be the winner. His goal giving Oxford a 1-0 win, their first win in eight and leaving The Gills with just two wins from their last nine outings at Priestfield.
