Dickson In Favour

The latest Vital Gillingham poll asked which of the club's strikers you would prefer to see starting in tandem up front.

All of the four - Gary Mulligan, David Graham, Delroy Facey and on-loan Charlton man Chris Dickson - have their strengths and weaknesses, and all have been given the chance to show what they can do so far this season.

But Dickson has done enough to earn the votes of an impressive 93% of readers to claim a starting place.

The most popular option was that of Dickson and Facey, with 48% thinking Iffy Onuora had the right idea by pairing them together in recent weeks.

35% felt that it should be Mulligan who plays alongside five-goal Dickson, with a further 10% opting for Graham and Dickson.

Four per cent voted for Mulligan and Facey, 2% for Facey and Graham and just 1% for Mulligan and Graham, suggesting that despite his three goals so far, Graham is yet to win over the majority of the club's fans.
