What about when Charlton came to Priestfield earlier this season, were there any away fans in the wrong place then? Was there any trouble?

There were tickets left in the away end, so I would envisage any in the home end chose to sit there (for reasons like they wanted a better view), so there was unlikely to be any trouble.

To be fair to Harris, he actually said "I'm not going to stand here as Millwall manager and talk about fanbases" before talking about fanbases so he's obviously aware his lot are no angels either.

But he DID talk about fanbases saying "Rochdale are a disgrace" honestly mate NH is constantly hyping up his own Millwall supporters and that's why their fans love him as they view him as "one of their own"..."Real Wall" or whatever other term they want to use.

Harris didn't seem too bothered when Bradford players/manager were goaded at Wembley after they had just lost a Play-off final...no apology and certainly didn't recall him coming out and saying his own fans were a "disgrace" which they were.

Lets face it since when did mighty Rochdale have a firm, certainly never seen any problems when we have gone there?

Last game of the season away at Rochdale when we had them a few days later in the playoffs, Gills fans put their flag up in a nearby pub, a group of local lads took exception to this and the next thing I know beer, pint glasses and fists were flying everywhere. Me and my mate (a Bury fan) sat at our table astounded, never seen anything like it. The police steamed in closed the pub and escorted the Gills contingent up the road into the away end.

Went back for the the first leg of the playoffs a few days later, no issues at all.

I remember that game HL. There was a rogue coachload in an all-white coach (no identifying livery to speak of) at the game and when I rocked up at the stadium I was very surprised, having been to this fixture over several preceding years, to see the visiting fans entrance area swarming with police in public order outfits. On entering there were a lot of drunken "Gills" fans" in the refreshment area. I don`t profess to be a "super-recogniser" but, generally, you see the same couple of hundred people at away games and the loud lot in our end were unfamiliar faces. Maybe it was a stag outing or similar, I don`t know. What I do know, though, is that this was a very very rare incidence of substantial misbehaviour among our away support. Usually, we are commended for fair, decent and good behavior. No comparison whatsoever between Gills and Millwall !

Wasn't saying the bloke isn't a giant hypocrite or colossal bell-end, merely pointing out that people were saying he didn't mention his own fans when he did.
