All-time record v the Gills:

Matches: 56
Gills wins: 24
Draws: 14
Chesterfield wins: 18Remember me? Paul Shaw moved to Chesterfield in the summer of 2006 from Rotherham, but it is his spell at the Gills for which he is best known. Bought for 450,000 from Millwall in 2000, he was a key player for the Gills as they impressed in the Championship. Many Gills fans still view his departure in 2004 as the start of where it all went wrong. He joined Sheffield United for 75,000 but failed to make an impression there and was offloaded to the Millers. His best position was in midfield, pushing forward to join the attack, where he contributed a number of fine goals for the cause.Man to watch: Kevan Hurst. The Spireites have managed to secure a deal to loan the Sheffield United winger for six months after a successful time on loan at the club last year and he will be out to impress once again.2006/07 prospects: Working on an even smaller squad than the Gills are, Chesterfield are another side who won't be troubling the play-offs. They went on a massive unbeaten run last season but many of the games were draws and they seem to lack a cutting edge. The signing of Shaw will help them and they should have enough quality to avoid the drop.
